- Agents
- Give each agent a role, instructions, a model and permissions. A lead agent can call specialist sub-agents as tools.Sub-agents coming soon
- Tools and skills
- Turn Salesforce actions, queries and any autolaunched Flow into tools an agent can call, without code.
- Journeys
- Ordered steps that guide an agent and its user through a business process, from a gentle suggestion to firm guidance.
- Models

- Evaluation
